(Picture via KWCH.com) – 14-year-old Alicia DeBolt didn’t come home Saturday night, after a party. According to her mom, Tammy, Alicia went to a party with a 19-year-old man. She was to meet her friend at a gas station, and she never showed. She’s now been missing for 3 days.

Tammy Conrad, Alicia’s mom commented, “I started calling at midnight because her curfew’s midnight, and we have a system. She’ll text me back or she’ll call me back. She didn’t…and she hasn’t.”

Since her disappearance 3 days ago, nobody has been in contact with DeBolt. Currently, her cellphone is turned off. DeBolt’s mom noted that this isn’t a case of a runaway. “This is not a runaway. She did not run away. Somebody has my child, my baby girl. Somebody has her.” College News reports that a body has been found. Even Tom Cruise fails from time to time. Many reports are coming in from around the net that Tom Cruise recently crashed his motorcycle into a while. ThaIndian reports that Cruise was showing off on his motorcycle for teenage fans, when he lost control of his bike, and crashed into a wall.

According to Entertainment and Show Biz, Cruise offered to pay for the damages that he had caused, but the teen refused. Instead, the teen agreed to setting the mishap with an autograph from Cruise, on the damaged motorbike. We’re assuming that the fan got to keep the bike.

Although the crash was definitely a scary incident, Entertainment and Show Biz reports that Cruise is “safe and unhurt,” after the accident. Mirror.co.uk seemed to be the first source to break the story stating, “Action star Tom Cruise seems to have lost his touch! The screen legend was treating teenage fans to a glimpse of his motorcycling skills when he lost control and crashed into a wall.” It doesn’t seem that any other large websites have reported the crash. If you haven’t seen the video of the bull jumping into the crowd in Spain, it’s absolutely crazy. In the video, LINK, you can see the bull jumping tremendously high, over two walls, to jump into a crowd of people. Headlines in Google News are reporting that around 30 people were injured in the incident. Gather.com reports that the Bull was later killed.

Amongst those who were injured, a 10-year-old boy, who received stomach wounds, after the bull charged anyone and everyone in the audience. Currently, no deaths from the attacks have been reported.

Various Youtube members are giving their two cents on the attack, and many of them are siding with the bull. One commenter stated, “Poor bull. Its not fair to taunt an innocent animal. People get what they deserve for supporting horrible ’sports’ like this. Amazing how an animal weighing so much can jump* like that! awesome, raw power! Knocking people down like skittles. Unfotunately , he was killed after this event . RIP- Mr Bull!” Another commenter continued to show support for the bull, “Taunting an innocent animal…Spaniards == cowards.” In fact, on the first page of comments that I reviewed, people showed no remorse for the individuals in the audience, and showed full support for the bull.

We all remember when Oregon Ducks’ LeGarrette Blount punched out Boise State’s Byron Hout. Then, after punching out Hout, Blount proceeded to attempt to fight with crowd members, during his escort out of the stadium. Okay, so Blount’s actions weren’t nearly as bad as the actions of the players on the Pacers and Pistons NBA basketball teams. Still, because of his actions, Blount was suspended and became notorious for his actions against Hout, shown in the video below.

Today, reports are coming in from the Huffington Post, along with numerous other reports from other sources, that LeGarrette Blount is back to his punching ways for a second time. This time, the Huffington Post reports that Blount, who’s currently in training camp with the NFL team, the Tennessee Titans, punched defensive end, Eric Bakhtiari. This time though, Blount will not be punished for his actions. Pushing and shoving ensued between the two players, when Blount threw a right at Bakhtiari’s helmet.

Before leaving the field, Blount apologized to coach Fisher for his actions, and released this statement, “That was my past. It just came up again. I got into one of those situations where the defense pushed me too far. With training camp and everything going the way it is and being as intense as it is and me being a rookie, it was just something I shouldn’t have done. But I did it.” As long as Blount keeps his cool during an actual game, things should be fine. But if Blount continues to become upset over a little pushing and shoving, he’s going to have a difficult time keeping himself under control in an actual game.

Is Kat Von D pregnant? During a recent talk show, Kat Von D, star of LA Ink stated that she had a pain in her stomach, and that the pain was a sign of pregnancy. AllVoices.com reports, “The rumor originated from a talk show where the talented cast member of ‘LA Ink’ Kat Von D talked about having pain in stomach as a sign of conception.” Later, Von D stated that she was only joking about the pregnancy, and that the pains in her stomach were because of ovarian cysts. But since the show, many people actually believed that Von D was really pregnant.

On her Myspace, Von D received numerous comments from people congratulating her on her pregnancy. “Congrats on the baby news to both of you. I am so excited for you, It’s a lot of hard work to raise a child, but when you have a family and good friends, it’s a piece of cake. Have a happy New Year!�?” It is also known that Von D’s relationship status states, “In a Relationship,” and Right Celebrity reports that she is allegedly seeing Alex Orbison, a musician. Note: Our friends at Behind Blondie Park are reporting that the star is seeing Jesse James… Hmmm?

So most blogs and news sources seem to agree that Kat Von D is not pregnant. Most people who viewed the talk show simply didn’t see the part where she revealed that she was only kidding about the pregnancy. From ThaIndian, “In spite of the news making it to the hot list, it is a rumor that is baseless and false just like the other rumors that crop up on the list. The origin of the rumor was a talk show where the tattoo artist spoke about pains in her stomach due to the cysts in her ovary. Kat Von D started off by saying that she was pregnant but later revealed that she was only joking.” With that being said, this rumor is debunked. Kat Von D is NOT pregnant.

Steven Giardini specialized in prosecuting sex crimes against minors, but Tuesday, he was arrested for doing exactly what he was prosecuting against. CNN reports that Giardini, ex Alabama district attorney (resigned in 2009), was arrested on Tuesday, after attempting to solicit a 15-year-old girl via the internet. Instead, Giardini was really speaking to an FBI Internet Crimes agent.

Quote from CNN: “The crimes alleged in this indictment are all the more horrifying in that the defendant was a prosecutor entrusted to protect citizens from evil and criminal wrongdoing, The people of Alabama should be reassured, however, that no one is above the law, and that those who seek to harm and exploit our children will be punished, whoever they are.”

Giardini is currently being charged with 3 felonies. First, he is being charged with attempting to have intercourse with a child under 16. Second, he is being charged with the intent to create child pornography. Finally, Giardini is being charged with using a computer for the purpose of coming into contact sexually with a minor.

Ted Nugent, popular guitarist from the 1970’s was recently busted for hunting violations, which involved baiting and killing a buck in California, which was too young to hunt. According to ThaIndian.com, game warden’s tuned into Nugent’s show, “Spirit of the Wild,” back in February, when they saw Nugent illegally hunt and bait a buck that was too young. To make matters worse, Nugent used deer bait, which is illegal in the state of California.

In the video, a white powder can be seen being eaten by a young buck. The game wardens recently commented on what they saw in the video: “We looked at it and we just shook our heads, saying ‘I can’t believe he actually aired this episode. We were all really disappointed to see this happen with a guy who is a representative of hunters.” Nugent is popularly known for supporting the 2nd Amendment — the right to bare arms.

Originally, Nugent was facing 11 charges, but since then, his charges have been dropped to two misdemeanor offenses. The two offenses he’s being charged with are for baiting and tag violations. EOnline.com reports that Nugent will pay $1,750 in fines.

FresnoBee.com reports that a massive egg recall is taking place after around 200 cases of salmonella-related illnesses were reported weekly, during the months of June and July, to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Illnesses were reported in California, Colorado, and Minnesota. The California Department of Public Safety is now warning people to look out for Wright County Egg products.

Wright County Egg products are packaged under multiple names including, Albertson, Boomsma’s, Dutch Farms and Kemps, Farm Fresh, Hillandale, Lucerne, Lund, Mountain Dairy, Ralph’s, Shoreland, Sunshine, and Trafficanda. The plant which makes the eggs is based out of Galta, Iowa. Currently, the FDA is inspecting the barns of the plant.

If you suspect that you may be carrying contaminated eggs, you are asked to return them to the store you purchased them from, for a refund. Some common symptoms of salmonella include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. The Illness can be life-threatening, in some cases (Mayoclinic).

Eli Manning’s Injury Video has hit Youtube, amongst many other video hosting networks. Eli Manning and the Giants were taking on the New York Jets when Manning (Quarterback for the Giants), had to be removed from the game, after receiving a blow to his unprotected face. This blow caused Manning to instantly bleed from the face.

In the video, (it seems to be a 3rd down play), when Brandon Jacobs (running back for the Giants) accidentally knocked Manning’s helmet loose. Manning was then hit from behind by Calvin Pace (Jets). Then Manning was hit again from the front by another Jets player. Closeup replays suggest that the glove of the player scrapped against Manning’s face, causing it to bleed. After being hit, Manning almost instantly covered the cut. He then ran to the sidelines where a trainer covered his cut with a towel.

Manning was removed from the game, and the Giants settled for a field goal. It was later stated that Manning had to get the cut stitched up. Giants ended up beating the Jets 31 to 16, scoring 14 points in the 4th quarter.
